Come out and cool off during the dog days of summer! These summer editions of “First Wednesday” have seen a great variety of locals bringing their special musical and poetic talents to the stage!
Please come out and support our local artists and enjoy good music, fine food and great company!
Poets, Performance Artists and Musicians are encouraged to participate and edify the receptive and gracious audience! It is highly recommended you get to the Shack early as it fills up quick!
A very delicious and affordable menu is offered that has dinners starting at $5 and is free to performers.
Peg Volk hosts the evening and, although original works are preferred, “not so original” pieces are also acceptable. Sign-up for performers is first come - first served.
